Common questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with Apple is required, so your saved prompts and collections survive reinstalling the app and follow you to a new device. You can use Apple’s Hide My Email — the app works exactly the same.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us:
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PromptVault → Cancel Subscription
Cancelling stops future charges and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends. For refunds use Apple’s Report a Problem page — Apple issues them, we cannot.
I paid but the app still shows the paywall
Open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with.
What is free, and what is Pro?
Free includes the whole browsable library, search, 25 saved prompts and 3 collections. Pro removes those limits and unlocks Pro-only prompts and expert packs.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The prompt library ships inside the app, so browsing, searching, reading and copying all work with no connection. Your library syncs when you’re back online.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, saved prompts and collections, and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately in Settings, or you may keep being charged.
If account deletion fails inside the app for any reason, email us and we will delete your account for you.
I found a prompt that’s wrong or offensive
Email us with the prompt title and we’ll review and remove it. Every prompt is written and curated by us — the app has no user-submitted content.
Still stuck?
Email us with your device model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you can. That’s usually enough for us to spot it straight away.
