Terms of Use
Last updated 23 August 2026
PromptVault is also covered by Apple’s standard licence for App Store apps, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple’s agreement disagree, Apple’s agreement wins.
Your account
You need an account, created with Sign in with Apple, to use the app. You are responsible for the Apple ID you sign in with. Do not use the app if you are under 13.
Subscriptions and billing
PromptVault Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Apple. The price, period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and again by Apple at the point of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro until the period you have paid for ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, through Report a Problem.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
What you may do with the prompts
The prompts are written and curated by us. You may use them freely for your own work, personal or commercial — copy them, edit them, and paste them into any AI assistant. That is what the app is for.
What you may not do is redistribute the library itself: republishing, reselling or bulk-exporting the collection, or using it to build a competing product.
Using the app
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or our servers, and do not use it in any unlawful way. We may suspend an account that does.
AI output is not our output
PromptVault gives you text to send to third-party AI assistants. We do not run those assistants and we are not responsible for what they produce. Check anything important before you rely on it — particularly anything legal, medical, financial or safety-related.
Availability and changes
We add, change and remove prompts over time, and features may change between versions. We try to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting your account (Profile → Delete account) and removing the app. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms.
